Item tested for power, charging, basic functionality and wifi/app connectivity. Unable to fully test item due to it's nature and the limitations of our network. There is dust/debris present in/on both the base station and robot vacuum as a result from previous use. There are some slight scratches on the housing of the robot vacuum and there may be some on the base station. There is moderate wear on the side brushes and light wear on the main brush of the robot vacuum. The item is listed with issue as it is missing the dustbin bag for the base station and the mop pad plate attachment/mop pads for the robot vacuum. Also there is some recommended maintenance according to the app that the side brushes and filter should be replaced. See attached photos for everything included with the item.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
