Please note the cat tree is missing multiple parts and will not be able to be assembled, although most of these cat trees are made modular (can mix and match parts) and can be used to replace/swap other parts on other cat trees. Only the parts shown in photos are present.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
