We recommend using these on the vibration setting because it is still effective for training and discipline purposes but does not cause harm to the animal. please note the product was discovered to have a large crack in the screen, this appears to be under the surface only, please see photos for more details
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
