Please note that the product arrived with a third-party replacement battery installed for the Dyson vacuum. The battery functions properly and charges successfully. The extension pole, main floor brush and user manual are missing from the original packaging. There is hair, dirt, and dust residue inside the dust collection bin, along with scratch marks on the handle and sides of the unit due to previous use. Recommended to be cleaned before use. Tested for power and motor function only. (Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
