**Item tested for power, charging, basic functionality and wifi/app connectivity.** Please note that there is a minor dent in the charging metal clip area, resulting in a slight gap between the body frame and the charging clip. However, this does not affect the charging functionality. The product was tested and charges properly. There is dirt and hair residue inside the filter, on the main roller brush, and on the side brush due to previous use. Additionally, there are scratch marks on the sides and top of the robot vacuum, as well as minor dirt residue and scratch marks on the docking station. It is recommended that the product be thoroughly cleaned before use.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
