Their is some leftover grass, scratches and scuffs, dust / dirt on the wheels, this item has been tested for power with spade batteries in our warehouse and are confirmed to be working, however the batteries included are not working and you will need to acquire spare batteries for this item separately. see photos
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
