their are some black blemishes/ scratches and this item is missing one of the storage cubes, only 5 of the storage cubes have the bottom piece that keeps them square meaning the other 2 are still usable but are missing the piece that gives them the square shape. this item has arrived previously assembled and their are some chipping and fraying on the wood pieces due to previous assembly. see photos
