There is some dirt on the exterior of the air conditioner, as well as masking tape and other marks on many of the accessories indicating at least some previous handling if not ownership and use - see photos. In spite of being handled/used, the filter appears very clean and the machine itself looks to be in very good condition with no visible damage or issues. Tested for power and basic functions.
