Item tested for power, charging, basic functionality and wifi/app connectivity. Unable to fully test item due to it's nature and the limitations of our network. There are scuffs/scratches on the housing of the robot vacuum and dust/debris on/inside it as well as the base station as a result from being previously used. There is some light wear on the side brush and main brushes of the robot vacuum Item being listed with issue as it is missing the mop pad with the base attachment for the robot vacuum. Also during our testing the robot vacuum was having an issue returning home to the base station. This however could have been an issue encountered with our network and not a result of the product. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
