Item tested for power and wifi connection only. We we're unable to test the printer fully because it has a paper jam error. During our inspection and everything we we're unable to find anything stuck inside the printer that would cause it to have a paper jam. As a result of this, the customer will most likely require having the printer serviced in order to get past this issue. The printer was initially setup and put together previously which is why it is being listed handled with issue. See attached photos. .
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
