item shows signs of prior use, as well as our keyboard tester won't highlight the top row of buttons (F1,F2, Etc) but they all work the function keeps activating instead of highlighting the button. USB Dongle is covered in paint or similar but still functions as intended. Tested mouse pad aswell.
