Item tested for power, charging, basic functionality via the buttons on the robot vacuum only. Unable to fully test item due to it's nature. The top attachment base for the cordless vacuum is bent on one part which might not be able to be bent back which would make the cordless vacuum and it's attachments unable to be used. There is a small bent edge on another plastic piece of the cordless vacuum pieces but that shouldn't affect the functionality of that piece. Also, the side brush for the robot vacuum is missing. Customer will be able to order the side brush for the robot vacuum. We are unable to determine if the main attachment piece for installing the cordless vacuum attachment can be replaced or not. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
