Item has a cracked piece around edge of casing, making the white solid cover slightly separate from the rest of the item. Should not impede function. Item does NOT include wall bracket for hanging; a new one can be found through most hardware retailers. Due to the nature of the item, we are unable to test it.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
