upon inspection we have found that the handle is stuck down as it is screwed in, we have tried to unscrew it and found that the screws are stuck / stripped, their is a heavy amount of scratches, grass / dirt stains due to previous use. the batteries for this item are missing and we did not have the batteries for this item present in our warehouse meaning we were unable to test, this item could be tested for power if the needed batteries were acquired elsewhere however we are unsure if it will work due to not being able to test,
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
