There are some scuffs/scratches on the back housing of the monitor and installation marks present as a result from previous use. The monitor is marked with issue as there are several scratches on the front of the screen and in the middle area there is a circle area of dead pixels. See attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* All TV's and monitors should be inspected at our facility before leaving. We will strongly urge you to ask our staff for assistance in checking the condition of your display during pick up. This is done for customer peace of mind and for warranty purposes. If you refuse the on-site inspection, then any damage to the display, screen or physical damage done by transportation or handling will void our warranty/refund (issues not caused by transport/handling will still be covered; for example, an issue with volume control or WiFi connectivity).
