the tv has been tested for power and connectivity. the tv has been blacklisted from amazon (potentially stolen), and will need to contact amazon to get it unlocked. we are unsure if this will fully resolve the issue the tv has and is AS IS.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
