There is a light stain on the surface of the mattress, some threads out of place, as well as some dirt on the sides and near the edges. It is unclear if these are the result of previous use or simply shipping/handling without proper packaging - see photos. Outside of the surface cleanliness, there is no meaningful damage or significant issues visible. After a good cleaning, it should look and function almost as good as new.
