The brake line for the front wheel is disconnected and hanging loosely, and will need to be repaired/reinstalled in order to restore the ability to brake with the front wheel. The rear brake also appears to be not properly calibrated/tightened, as although it is properly connected and functional the braking power is weak and not very effective at stopping the bike at speed. Additionally, there is some rust collected near the wheels and on the handlebars as well as a good amount of dirt/dust on the tires indicating prior use or a long period of storage - see photos. Outside of these issues there is no visible damage to the bike, it seems to function normally and be rideable without any problems outside of the brakes, which will require some work in order to ensure safe riding.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
