The temper and one of the cups (parts C4 and C2 pictured in the manual) are missing, as well as the plug for the bottom of the water tank. If used as is, some water may leak out of the machine during use. Additionally, there are coffee and water stains on the exterior and drip tray indicating some prior use - please see photos. Outside of these missing parts, the machine itself appears to be in good condition with no visible damage or function issues. Tested for basic power.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
