Item shows signs of being previously used as there is dust/debris in/on both the base station and the robot vacuum. There is some light wear on the side brushes, the main brush and the mop roller. There may be some minor scuffs/scratches on both from previous use/shipping as well. Item tested for power/charging. We we're unable to test the item further as a result from the dirty water bin missing from the robot vacuum which customer will require purchasing one in order to even use the item. That and the home button is broken/lifting off the robot vacuum we could not even test the basic functionality of the robot vacuum via the buttons nor we're we able to connect to the app due to the limitations of our network. This is why the item is being listed "as-is". Please see attached photos for everything included with the item. There may be some missing accessories as well.
