Item tested for power, charging, basic functionality via the button on the robot vacuum. Unable to fully test item due to it's nature and the limitations on our network. There is wear on the side brush and main brush as a result from previous use. As well as dust/debris on/inside both the robot vacuum and the base. The mop pads are missing and customer will require purchasing them in order to effectively use the item. Also we recommend the customer thoroughly clean up the item prior to using it to ensure it works as intended. There is also no extra filter or dustbin bag. See attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
