There are many small scuffs on the metal and one small chip on one of the wooden posts due to shipping, but no stress marks around any of the holes that would suggest previous assembly or use - see photos. Outside of these cosmetic blemishes, appears to be in new condition with no other visible damage or issues.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
