Item shows signs of being previously used prior to being returned (there are markings on the build plate and some minor scuffs/scratches on some parts of the housing of the item. Item being marked with issue as the hot end/nozzle assembly as been completely pulled apart and the customer will need to replace the entire assembly in order to be able to use the item. Also the spool holder, the u-disk, the allen wrenches, filament sample, nozzle cleaner and grease are missing. Item tested for power only, as we encountered an error as a result of the entire hot end/nozzle assembly being taken apart. See attached photos for everything included with the item and any other accessory/part that might be missing.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
