Item appears new. Item tested and working. Item marked with issue as half of the screen has been cracked in several spots as a result from shipping and has some minor scuffs on the the back housing. Although the touch works on the entire screen we highly recommend that the customer replace the screen prior to using the item.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
