Many of the heads are missing the base component needed to attach them to the rotating bit and there is noticeable dust on the main piece as well as some of the heads, indicating prior use - see photos. The scrubber itself seems to function and charge without any issues, and can still be used with the heads that have bases attached. Tested for basic power and charging.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
