Item shows signs of being previously used prior to be returned (there is dust/debris on/inside both the robot vacuum and base station). Item tested for power/charging only. Item being marked "as-is" because we could not proceed any further with testing due to a connection error (we believe this is an error with connecting to the app). Also all of the accessories are missing which customer will require purchasing in order to be able to use the item. See attached photos.
