Seal on hopper is slightly ripped, doesn't affect use of item, can be replaced. Item has some coffee residue inside from previous use. Item will need to the thoroughly cleaned before use (see photos) tested for power only
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
