Item tested for power, charging, basic functionality via the buttons on the robot vacuum. We are unable to fully test out the item due to it's nature and the limitations of our network. Item marked with issue as the mop tray module has been broken off of the robot and this piece will need to be replaced in order to effectively use the item. The replacement part can be ordered from the following link (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005010577697205.html) There is slight wear on the side brush, main brush and mop pad as a result from previous use. There is scuffs/scratches on both the robot vacuum and base station from previous use/shipping. The water tanks inside the base station are dirty and we recommend customer thoroughly clean them along with the rest of the base station and robot vacuum prior to using it. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
