The front side of the exterior is cracked and bent out of place. There is also considerable dust on the exterior and the filter is fairly dirty, indicating prior usage - see photos. In spite of the external damage, the humidifier appears to function as normal, though the damage to the exterior may result in reduced effectiveness. There are no issues with power, nor any apparent visible damage outside of what has already been mentioned.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
