please note this item has a significant amount of residue/dirt all over it from previous use. This item was tested and powers on (the motor sounds like it is running) however the belt does not actually move. This is intended for someone to use for parts or for someone to attempt to repair. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
