The belt is slightly misaligned and will need to be recentered. The area where the right arm attaches seems to be slightly bent out of shape, and will not let the arm fully extend if the screw is fully tightened. The display screen also has some scratches on it. The arms being already attached as well as some dirt/dust left on the tread imply some previous use or handling - see photos. Outside of these issues, the treadmill's functions all seem intact. If customer can recenter the tread and get the right arm to stay in proper position, it should be usable with no problems. Tested for power, max speed, and incline.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
