Item tested for power, charging, basic functionality and wifi/app connectivity. Unable to fully test item due to it's nature and the limitations of our network. There is dust/debris on/inside both the robot vacuum and base station as a result from previous use. There is light wear on the main brush and mop pads as well. Item marked with having issue as it is missing the side brush and the base station plastic plate attachment (which may or may not cause issues with the robot vacuum going into/out of the base station). Also we noticed that there are components/accessories according to the maintenance health in the app that could use some thorough cleaning. See attached photos for everything included with the item.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
