cleaner reservoir has moisture in it, as well as roller brusher and vacuum head have dirt and light scuffs consistent with previous use please note bottle of cleaner is not in box but can be replaced vacuum and base tested for basic power
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
