Item tested for power, charging, basic functionality and wifi/app connectivity. Unable to fully test item due to it's nature and to the limitations of our network. There is dust/debris on/inside the robot vacuum and base station as a result from previous use. There is wear on the side brush, main brush and mop roller as well. Item marked with having issue as it is missing the dust collection bag for the base station which customer will require purchasing in order to use the item as intended. Please see attached photos for everything included with the item.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
