Upon inspection we have found some scuffs, chips, fraying and blemishes on this item, this seems to be due to previous assembly as some parts are put together and their is some denting on the assembly points indicating previous assembly, their is no instruction manual present meaning we cannot confirm that all parts for assembly are present, however it does seem that all parts for assembly are present
