please note the product was discovered to be missing: 3pan protector, 5 nylon tools, and the 3qt covered sauté pan. we also found the products to have some dust, dirt, grease, and scratches on them along with some dents in the lids. this can be cleaned, please see photos for more details
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
