Item shows signs of being previously tried out prior to being returned (there is a page count show in the photos that shows how many prints have been made on this printer). There is some area on the housing of the printer that has a bit of ink on it and the printer will just need to be cleaned. This isn't from leaking ink in the printer but ink residue that was in the box. We recommend that customer do some of the printer maintenance section on the printer as we found during printer that there were some slight vertical lines during colour print testing. Please note that there is ink in the printer but no ink bottles present with the item nor is the documentation manual. See attached photos.
