upon inspection we have found no instruction manual meaning we cannot confirm that all vital parts for assembly are present, however it does seem that all of the vital parts for assembly are present (both side panels, bottom and top shelf, and middle shelf pieces) some hardware was found already installed meaning this item has been previously assembled. their are some slight scratches and marks from previous assembly / shipping and handling which may cause some cosmetic issue. see photos below.
