their seems to be some white marks / residue / decolorization from manufacturing. their is also some dust which can be wiped off. see photos below

This item has been handled or tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and has been deemed complete and or working with no visible issues. The contents inside will still be in sealed bags and or cords untouched. Item may also appear in new unused condition but the bags inside have been previously opened and/or contents such as cables have been handled unwrapped.
