There are some dirt stains on the carrying bag and some dust/debris on the tent itself, as well as some scuffs/stress marks near the corners of the frame implying some prior usage or at least handling and setup - see photos. Outside of these cosmetic blemishes, appears to be in good condition with no obvious issues or damage.
