The cleaning accessories are missing from the original packaging. There are minor coffee residues on the top. There are minor scratch marks on the sides and drip tray, and there are minor water stains on the water tank. Tested for basic power only. (Please see photos) This item will not be eligible for our warranty unless the machine was descaled & cleaned using the manufacturer's instructions. If you require additional time for our warranty in order to clean these machines, please reach out to us before your specified warranty deadline. **Due to the high sensitivity and frequent upkeep of operation on these units, additional cleaning may be required. If not descaled with model specific cleaning product, the units may become clogged and will cause potential operational issues. Please refer to the manufacturers operations manual for detailed cleaning instructions.**
