The water tank is missing, and the plastic base where the water tank rests has snapped off of the bottom of the machine, but remains connected by the cord. Will still sit properly in place when the machine is on a flat surface - see photos. There are no signs of prior use or any other visible issues, and power appears to function properly, so if customer can supply a replacement water tank the machine should work as normal.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
