please note that the item was wiped down in house to the best of our abilities, the chamber and filter inside the vacuum have signs of heavy use, as well as the brush head, power was tested successfully, it also appears that one of the attachments are missing
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
