The remote does not appear to be synced to the treadmill; although the power appears to function, pressing the buttons has no effect on the treadmill. Additionally, there is a small rip in the tread and a small crack in the bottom right of the plastic frame due to shipping - see photos. Basic power is functional and there is no visible damage that would impact function, so if customer can get the remote to connect properly or supply a replacement, the treadmill should work without any issues.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
