It looks like there is residue on the bottom of the mat for the litter box due to previous use. The inside of the litter box still looks very clean and most of the pieces look like they haven't been taken out of the packaging. There is also one scratch mark on top of the litter box due to shipping and handling. (See photos) Tested for basic power.
