Item tested for power, charging, basic functions via the buttons on both the robot vacuum and the base station. There is dust/debris/pet hair inside the robot vacuum and in the dust bin bag of the base station. There are slight scuffs/scratches as well on both the robot vacuum and base station. There is wear on the side brush and main brush on the robot vacuum. Please note that there is some minor damage to a couple of the pet grooming attachments. As well as during our testing the robot vacuum stops working and blinks red light error. This is most likely this is due to the dust/debris and tangled pet hair all throughout the brush etc. Its recommended that the customer thoroughly clean this item prior to using it to ensure that it works with 100% efficiency. The mop pad/mop pad attachment is missing. See attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
