Please note that the oven rack, steaming rack and the crumb tray are missing from the original packaging. The door needs a little extra effort to close as it has some issue with the latch. There are water stains on the water tank and there are scratch marks on the top due to previous use. There is a strong scent of sea food inside the oven. Tested for power and heat only. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
