Item tested for power, charging and wifi/app connectivity. We we're unable to proceed with any further testing as dust cup attachment for the robot vacuum is missing. Customer will require purchasing this piece to be able to use the item. Also there is no mop pads for the mop bracket attachment which customer will also require. There is some very minor signs of use with some dust/debris on/in both the base station and the robot vacuum. See attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
