The left armrest is snapped in one place, the break appears clean enough that it should be possible to glue back into place. Additionally, the fabric under the seat has come loose/ripped in some places, and there are some light scuffs on some parts of the wood - see photos. Customer may also need to provide some additional hardware (screws, etc) in order to complete assembly as some may have gone missing during shipping. Outside of the noted damage and some dust on the cushions due to shipping/handling, there are no clear signs of prior use or assembly.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
