Item arrived with minor markings on the base and a power on count of 5 hours from previous gentle use, see photos. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected or tested by our listing staff if needed to the best of their ability/knowledge and it appears to be in excellent lightly used or handled condition. (See photos attached of item's light use or handling as well as package condition).
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* All TV's and monitors should be inspected at our facility before leaving. We will strongly urge you to ask our staff for assistance in checking the condition of your display during pick up. This is done for customer peace of mind and for warranty purposes. If you refuse the on-site inspection, then any damage to the display, screen or physical damage done by transportation or handling will void our warranty/refund (issues not caused by transport/handling will still be covered; for example, an issue with volume control or WiFi connectivity).
